Refund Policy: Oasis Obsessions 

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges of UNWORN, or defective merchandise purchased from www.oasisobsessions.co.za within 14 days of purchase.
Eligible items must be original, unused (no defects, stains, pet hair, or smells such as cigarette smoke or perfumes), unworn, unaltered.
Please read this entire Policy before initiating a return.

2. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at orders@oasisobsessions.co.za to start the return process.

3. About Our Goods
We provide physical goods. Follow all instructions and care tips available on our website www.oasisobsessions.co.za.

4. Custom or Special-Order Goods
Custom orders may require a deposit or full payment upfront.
Cancellation of custom orders before delivery is subject to our discretion and may result in forfeiture of any payments made and an additional cancellation fee.

5. Cooling-off Period
Eligible electronic transactions may be canceled within ten (10) days, as per Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
This does not apply to custom-made or altered goods.

6. Return under Cooling-off Period
Goods should be returned in new condition with all original packaging.
We will refund the purchase price (minus direct return costs) within 14 days of cancellation.

7. Goods Warranty
All our goods are new and of good quality.

8. Choice of Compensation for Defective Goods
Consumers under the CPA can opt for repair, replacement, or refund for defective goods.

9. Returns of Unsuitable Goods
Unsuitable goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Full refund for unopened goods; for opened goods, a reasonable deduction for use and repackaging may apply.

10. Invalidation of Warranties
Warranties void if goods are tampered with, altered contrary to instructions, or if the warranty label is removed.

11. Returns and Refunds Procedure
Email orders@oasisobsessions.co.za to log a return request.
Include order number, contact details, and details of the goods to be returned.
Returns must include proof of purchase and all accessories, instructions, and original packaging.
A return charge will apply.
Goods will be inspected for defects.
Refunds or replacements are subject to our assessment of the returned goods.

12. Wash Care
We recommend hand washing all items with mild detergent in cold water.
