When will my order be delivered?
Orders are shipped via The Courier Guy.
- Main cities and regional centres: 2–3 working days after payment clears.
- Outlying areas: 3–5 working days.
You’ll receive an email with your tracking details and estimated delivery time.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are dispatched once payment clears.
- Payments cleared by 8:00 AM ship the same day.
- Payments cleared after 8:00 AM ship the next working day.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer Free Delivery on orders over R1500.
Do you deliver outside South Africa?
Currently, we only deliver within South Africa.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unused, and unaltered items within 14 days of purchase.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, free from defects, stains, pet hair, or smells (e.g. smoke or perfume).
How do I start a return or exchange?
Simply email us at orders@oasisobsessions.co.za with your order number and details.
Our team will guide you through the process.
Do you accept returns for defective products?
Yes — if your item is defective, you may choose a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Custom-made or special-order goods cannot be returned once production has started.
Items that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 working days.
Please note: Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund.
What if my warranty becomes void?
Warranties are void if products are tampered with, altered, or used against care instructions.
